Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of our data systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support our company's growth and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Architect and manage data storage solutions on cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS.
- Optimize data processes for performance and cost efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation for data engineering processes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3, Redshift, and Glue.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of solution architecture principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
