Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of: office engineering systems, electrical installation, DGU, outside networks and store equipment;
• Quality and timely maintenance;
• Monitoring of the rational use of energy resources;
• Preparation of the object for external checks;
• Acceptance of all types of work from contractors;
• Interaction with the owners of the premises;
• Prompt response to the elimination of emergency and abnormal situations in the operation of life support systems of the building

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in power engineering, building management;
• Experience as an engineer at least 3 years;
• Experience of interaction with supervisory bodies.
• Acting electrical safety group: at least IV Gr. up to 1000 V or V Gr. up to and above 1000 V;
• Valid certification for operation of heating and power systems;
• Knowledge of the rules of technical operation of the engineering systems;
• Knowledge of laws and normative-legal acts;
• Experience in functional management of the department/contracting organizations;
• Effective communications: ability to argue, defend own point of view, convince and find a compromise in problem solving;
• Ability to work independently and make decisions;
• Ability to work independently and take decisions; English at least Intermediate.
