Job Description
The ServiceNow Program Manager/Business Analyst will focus on Application development, Service Portal, Integrations modules. The ServiceNow Program Manager/Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution.
Experience
8-12 years
Non-negotiable Skills
- Establishes and communicates the project mission and objectives to all stakeholders
- Significant experience working with ServiceNow applications
- Lead teams in the systems integration of ServiceNow
- 3+ years of experience in designing for ServiceNow ITSM and any other module like ITBM, ITOM, Custom App, Now platform features.
- Manage Agile implementations including the application of User Stories, User Studies, design and create Wireframes and graphic assets
