Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of architects, selecting and building a team, building a project team;
• Management of complex project management;
• Presentation, negotiation with the client, representing the company before the client as part of the project management;
• Management (planning, organization, and accounting for work performed, quality control) of the design process of architectural solutions;
• Development of conceptual, design and working documentation;
• Technical and methodical management of the design;
• Organization and supervision of the work of the mini group of architects;
• Presentations, negotiations with the client, representing the company in front of the client as part of the project management;
• Discussion and approval of designs and drawings with the client and contractors.

Requirements:

• Higher profile architectural and construction education;
• Knowledge of Revit technology;
• Design experience of 10 years or more;
• Experience in the development of stage P;
• Knowledge of and compliance with the current regulatory framework of construction and design.
