Role:  Lead-Solution Architect (PLM)

Location: Chennai

Company Overview:

Desired Skills:

•   8 to 13 years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in software development, architecture, and/or IT management roles.
•   Hands-on experience in Windchill.
•   Windchill, Oracle, and Redhat certifications.
•   Introduction of Manufacturing Process Management module in PLM and its adoption in all plants.
•   Management of product testing framework, Plant Automation MiY CKD (Make it Yours Completely Knock Down), and Costing Solution.
•   Collaboration with the costing team to evaluate various Zero-based costing solutions in the market and implement the right solution in agreement with the Cost         Management Cell.
•   Design of highly scalable solutions for CKD plant operations, such as CKD Primary Packing Solution.
•   Definition and implementation of PLM processes.
•   Excellent communication skills.
•   Preferred: Experience in Manufacturing/Automotive, Aerospace, Hi-tech, or related industries.
