Role: Lead-Solution Architect (PLM)
Location: Chennai
Company Overview:
The iconic pioneer in the mid-size motorcycle industry, crafting evocative and engaging modern classic bikes.
Desired Skills:
- 8 to 13 years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in software development, architecture, and/or IT management roles.
- Hands-on experience in Windchill.
- Windchill, Oracle, and Redhat certifications.
- Introduction of Manufacturing Process Management module in PLM and its adoption in all plants.
- Management of product testing framework, Plant Automation MiY CKD (Make it Yours Completely Knock Down), and Costing Solution.
- Collaboration with the costing team to evaluate various Zero-based costing solutions in the market and implement the right solution in agreement with the Cost Management Cell.
- Design of highly scalable solutions for CKD plant operations, such as CKD Primary Packing Solution.
- Definition and implementation of PLM processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in Manufacturing/Automotive, Aerospace, Hi-tech, or related industries.
