They have their captive center based out in Hyderabad to fulfill their IT and Technological needs. Required skills and Responsibilities:
- Expertise in ITIL (incident and event management), Agile and Devops process.
- Expertise working on Datacenter Devices/ Equipment’s / UPS /BMS.
- Hands on experience of 7-10 years in Incident support, problem management.
- Experience in ITIL processes like Incident Management, Problem management and change management.
- Good understanding of Windows platform overall and troubleshooting techniques.
- Flexible to work in a 16*7 environment.(No graveyard shifts)
- Responsible for monitoring the triage and resolving the alerts and incidents from various systems.
- Should identify critical impacting issues, Open bridge, pull SMEs and drive end to end incident, document steps for troubleshooting.
