Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accounting for treasury operations in ERP;
- Accounting for treasury operations (deposits, loans, overdrafts, loans, interest, conversion transactions, surplus and shortage of cash, counterfeit bills, fees on acquiring, collection and recalculation, etc.);
- Reconciliation with banks on bank transactions, balances;
- Reconciliation of account balances between RAS and IFRS;
- Daily reports on the status of the company's bank accounts;
- Daily control of lack of discrepancies between movements in ERP and data of bank statements;
- Reconciliation with banks, analysis of discrepancies by commissions;
- Reconciliation of corporate and custom cards;
- Factoring;
- Support of documentary operations;
- Participating in the monthly closing process - including, but not limited to, closing 51, 52, 55, 57 accounts for all companies;
- Participation in preparation of answers for tax inspections, accounting statements, at the request of auditors;
- Preparing various reports, etc. tasks from management.
Requirements:
- Education: higher financial, economic or accounting;
- Obligatorily relevant work experience of 3 years;
- Mandatory confident knowledge of 1C;
- Strong knowledge of accounting (RAS, IFRS) in part of treasury operations;
- Experience in reconciliation, closing of several legal entities;
- Experience of interaction with banks, experience of work with several legal entities;
- Proficient PC user (MS Office package, bank clients);
- Willingness to handle a large amount of data with limited time constraints;
- Personal qualities: analytical mind, responsibility, accuracy, attentiveness, resistance to stress, ability to multi-task, active lifestyle;
- Experience in leadership as an advantage.
