Job: Legal Associate

Location: Amman - Jordan

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and foreign investments

• Manage and oversee complex legal matters with minimal supervision

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in both English and Arabic

• Support senior lawyers on major cases and transactions

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• 3–5 years PQE in a reputable law firm or corporate legal team

• Master’s degree in Law (LLM or equivalent preferred)

• Strong track record in M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and foreign investments

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English and Arabic

• Ability to work independently and manage demanding workloads
