In order to support the Logistics Control department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Logistics System Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Level 1 support for the users of the DSN (Dräxlmaier Supply Net) / DGT (Dräxlmaier Global Template3), MES, SAP S4/HANA, ASM and applications at the site and forwarding of topics to Level 2 Support if problems cannot be solved independently;
- Supports the end users in functional and system-related questions, supports the pre-classification/pre-prioritization of problems;
- Daily monitoring of the systems functionalities (e.g. for incorrect data transmissions) and, if necessary, escalation to the operational departments at the site or to the Central process competence department;
- First point of contact in the plant for required system adaptations in the DSN / DGT environment;
- Actively performs tests including feedback and identification of operational improvement potential;
- Master data administration for selected data objects and active information of the site organization for new or changed DSN / DGT functions.
Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree/studies or vocational training in IT field;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in the automotive sector (IT system support);
- Good knowledge of MS-Office especially Excel and experience in using SAP (S4/HANA - EWM is an advantage) and logistics control systems;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
