Operational Activities:  Operational lead of Logistics/Customization India  Responsible for the overall quality of all outlined processes in India and ensure that all customers get their products and services as confirmed by Belimo according SLA agreements.  Position is responsible for Logistics/Customization Services India  Provide Support and Services for Customers, Sales, Logistics, Quality, local suppliers, Indian assortment Management and Indian PM - Keep close technical relationship with all partners of the Market India. Present one face from C to Market India.  Cooperate with Head of Logistics/Customization Division AP for the cost budget. Implement and monitor planned measures within own field of delegation.  Overall responsible for monthly BSC Reporting and performance measurement.  Monitor deadlines and quality of all local processes and procedures.  Customizing, Warehouse & Shipping - Overall inventory, stock, Warehouse and Distribution responsibility in India.
Process Activities:  Execute effective, efficient and continuous improvement for all processes.  Ensure cost effective and operations  Ensure regular quality and security inspections of customized and finished products.  Establish adequate quality of processes carried out in regard to Belimo procedures.  Ensure effective and efficient technical support to local QM, PM's, global SVT, local suppliers and purchasing.  Ensure regular outgoing quality inspection – Quality analysis | Ensure adequate quality of processes carried out in regards to ISO procedures and audits (will be established in 2020-21)  Lead weekly Coordination/Quality meeting CGM-LRD (with QM, PM and Supplier)  Attend Management Meetings India. >5 years experience in various manufacturing & management roles including assembly, production or planning/purchase. - Experience in inventory and warehouse management. >5 years experience in various manufacturing & management roles including assembly, production or planning/purchase. - Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
