Our ideal candidate should:

• Manage an efficient logistics scheme through innovative ideas and the power of execution to support Company’s expansion across the country (offline stores & E-com)
• Plan and control the fulfillment of logistics budget, find cost efficient way of logistics processes organization
• Manage and control daily operations of logistics function (international and national transportation, customs, certification processes, warehouse management – 3PL)
• Maintaining regular contact with logistics providers, major customers accounts
• Lead a diverse team of 10+ direct reports. Set high targets to oneself and the team, and boost team’s performance through daily challenges leading members to success
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, control every project with excellent quality and time management

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain including 5+ years as a Logistics Director, gained in a leading international business
• Degree in logistics, supply chain or other relevant spheres
• Proven track record of managing a team of 10+ members
• High level of analytical skills, advanced level of communication skills, mindset for seeking opportunities for improvements
• Fluency in English
