Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics — imports, domestic dispatches, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with sourcing, 3PLs, CHAs, and transport partners for timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and GST regulations.
• Track shipments, lead times, and performance metrics through ERP and dashboards.
• Optimize logistics cost structures and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive accuracy in documentation, landed cost tracking, and reconciliation with finance.
• Support warehouse inventory flow and conduct periodic stock audits.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain (footwear, apparel, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs documentation, and freight management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/ERPNext preferred) and Excel.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Graduate in supply chain, commerce, or business; MBA preferred.
