Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics — imports, domestic dispatches, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with sourcing, 3PLs, CHAs, and transport partners for timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and GST regulations.
- Track shipments, lead times, and performance metrics through ERP and dashboards.
- Optimize logistics cost structures and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive accuracy in documentation, landed cost tracking, and reconciliation with finance.
- Support warehouse inventory flow and conduct periodic stock audits.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain (footwear, apparel, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs documentation, and freight management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/ERPNext preferred) and Excel.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
- Graduate in supply chain, commerce, or business; MBA preferred.
