1) Inbound & Supplier Logistics

• Plan and schedule inbound deliveries from suppliers/co-packers; consolidate loads and reduce lead times.
• Track OTIF from suppliers; manage GRN accuracy and put-away SLAs.

2) Warehousing & Inventory Control

• Own storage design, binning, FEFO/expiry management, and batch/lot traceability.
• Implement cycle counts and stock reconciliations; maintain <0.5% shrinkage.
• Enforce EHS, FSSAI, and ISO/HACCP-aligned hygiene & safety standards.

3) Order Fulfillment & Last-Mile

• Run last-mile fulfillment for Marketplaces and D2C.
• Ensure no miss in Marketplace deliveries, maintaining above 98% fulfillment rate.
• Define cut-off times; achieve same-day dispatch and meet delivery SLAs by zone.
• Manage NDR/returns/RTO by driving root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and reducing repeat cases through proactive process improvements.

4) Transportation & 3PL Management

• Select and onboard transporters/couriers; negotiate rate cards and SLAs.
• Build lane-wise routing, load planning, and milk-run schedules; monitor POD closures.

5) Planning & S&OP Support

• Translate demand plan into warehouse capacity, manpower, and fleet requirements.
• Maintain safety stocks; prevent stockouts/over-stocks with alerting & dashboards.

6) Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure e-way bills, invoicing, and GST documentation accuracy.
• Maintain SOPs, CAPAs, and audit readiness (internal & external).

7) Continuous Improvement

• Drive cost-to-serve reduction, reducing delivery TATs, and process automation.
• Standardize KPIs and visual management.
