§  Job duties

• Oversee all the processes toward to  acquire,  to store and to transport to final destination
• Manage the inventory of all items stored
• Implement digital process to Manage the fleet of vehicle, including maintenance
• Work closely with department to identify the items needed
• Define the tool to track all local request from different departments
• Implement a digital   process for all internal request from different department, sending order to getting items
• Manage the network of distributors and suppliers in order to get resources needed  
• Oversee  the storing conditions toward each specific  items
• Implement the fleet management system
• Manage the order toward different suppliers for getting resource on time
• Work closely with the procurement and finance  department for optimizing the logistics process ( acquire, store, delivery)
• Manage internal  consuming of items inside the different departments
• Be able to implement a logistical platform or system to manage all key process
• Manage all team involved to the department
• Management of all logistics equipment (vehicle, trailer, forklift, etc.)
• 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, solid background on supply chain, digital process, logistics, fleet management, wharehousing  . Be able to work in a multicultural environment. Demonstrated a strong leadership. 
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related Social Sciences.
