Job Description
Location: Mumbai
Years of Expereince: 5-7
Your New Role:
- Incident Management and Response management as per the agreed SLA
- Regular troubleshooting and issue resolution, taking escalation from L1 engineers to sort out the issue.
- Assisting the end-users over Email/Phone/WebEx
- Monthly Patch deployment at endpoints
- Ensuring Patch compliance at an optimum level
- Continuous health monitoring of all the SCCM servers
- Monitoring application and underlying infrastructure
- Timely Upgrade of existing applications like Power BI, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Regular maintenance and house-keeping activities
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance.
- Support for BCP, DR planning and execution.
- Requirement gathering for application enhancement and customization xiii. System Reporting – Daily, Weekly and Monthly
- Day to day operations, policy syncing, fine tuning, troubleshooting any issue etc related to CDN and CDN WAF
What You Need To Succeed:
- Educational qualification - BE, BSc, MCA, etc. preferably with engineering background
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Operational support, troubleshooting and Facility maintenance of Microsoft products related to M365 E3, Windows 10 Enterprise E5, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, etc.
- Capable of providing day to day reports to clients
- Take escalation from L0 engineers to sort out the issues
- Good to have Certification in Microsoft Technology (including cloud)
- Good to have 2 years of experience in CDN and CDN WAF technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
