Your New Role

• Rolling out the key M365 E3 and M365 F3 features at RBI level.
• Timely Upgrade of M365 E3 and M365 features
• System Administration role
• Customize Microsoft products as per the RBI’s requirement.
• Platform developer for SharePoint, Power BI, etc.
• Roll out new Microsoft products at RBI level.
• Act upon Microsoft Premier Communications which includes Security Update Release, CSAM Newsletter, Security Slate, etc.
• Guide RBI for roadmaps and recommendations on the deployed technology. Optimisation of CDN WAF rules, Fine tuning of CDN caching policies, onboarding of new websites/sub domains on CDN and CD

What You need to Succeed:

• Educational qualification - BE, BSc, MCA, etc. preferably with engineering background
• Minimum 6-8 years’ of work experience in administration, design, implementation, upgrade and maintenance of Microsoft products related to M365 E3, Windows 10 Enterprise E5, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, etc.
• Willingness to learn new features to perform System Administration and Customization role as well if required.
• Certification in CDN and CDN WAF technologies good to have.
• Ability to guide the team and have regular meetings with L1 & L2 to get the updates and provide the support.
• Should guide client for roadmaps and recommend on the deployed technology.
• Capable of handling client escalations
• Prior experience handling banking client
• Certification in Microsoft Technology (including cloud) good to have.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
