MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Roman, Neamt county, ROMANIA

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree – technical area;
• Seniority similar activities - 5 years;
• Managerial experience - 3 years;
• Project management, CAPEX, investment;
• English advanced; Romanian native is mandatory.
• Advanced PC skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of maintenance team (mechanics & electric) to ensure total productive maintenance (TPM) within the facility;
• Corrective maintenance – responsibility to minimize machine downtime;
• Predictive maintenance plan and implementation;
• Spare parts and technical equipment inventory management;
• Responsible to maintain company car fleet; 
• Preparation of annual maintenance budget;
• Facility management and project work;
• Drives sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint.
