Using considerable independent initiative and judgment provides leadership and direction to ensure efficient, effective and profitable operation for the * Michelin Restaurant at this Luxury Hotel whilst supporting F&B initiatives as required. He/she will manage the day-to-day operation of the * Michelin Restaurant that is commensurate with running a successful commercial enterprise.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills/ qualifications 

• 2-3 years minimum experience as a Maître in * Michelin restaurant or 1 years minimum experience in ** or above Michelin restaurant.
• Culinary or Hotel school diploma or degree in food service management or related field desirable.
• Excellent command of both English and Italian language is essential and additional languages desirable.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Upselling Techniques

• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Must be aware of hygiene standards and HACCP requirements
