JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Manager - Oracle ERP Applications

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage Oracle SaaS/Fusion Application projects and rollouts in Oracle ERP Cloud - Finance.

• Build and manage talent, competencies, and projects in Oracle Cloud Finance - Record to Report (RTR) and Project to Close (PTC).

• Provide expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Modules (e.g., General Ledger, FA, AP, AR, Project Costing, Billing).

• Lead systems strategy, business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, test strategy, solution architecture, release management, and application maintenance.

• Control, report progress, escalate issues, and initiate corrective actions.

• Assess risks, maintain risk and issue logs, and develop contingency plans.

• Develop internal capability solutions and methodologies.

Team Contribution: 

• Responsible for Oracle ERP Implementation Support in Finance, SCM, and HCM domains.

• Covers Functional, Technical, Infrastructure, and App Security requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation, Rollouts, Enhancements, and Maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP systems for finance processes.

• Expertise in Oracle ERP Finance or Project Management applications.

• Exposure to Oracle EPM Suite and business process integration with Oracle Supply Chain Applications.

• Strong Project Management skills using agile methodologies and release management.
