The S&OP Manager is responsible for driving and managing the Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to create a balanced, feasible plan that optimizes resources and meets customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, and executive S&OP meetings.
Align supply plans with demand forecasts, considering constraints like capacity, lead times, and inventory targets.
Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure feasible and efficient execution of the plan.
Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer service levels.
Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns, and supply chain efficiency.
Present S&OP performance, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Identify risks and opportunities in supply/demand alignment and develop mitigation plans.
