Our client is a US based medical device company focusing on non invasive treatment – primarily of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, digestive, urological and pelvic conditions.

We’re looking for Manager - Finance - SAP FICO

 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership and mentoring
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology projects, covering the SAP S/4 FICO area
• Previous experience of Agile or Scaled Agile methodology, design thinking, and lean rituals will be an advantage but not essential
• Previous experience or exposure to leading teams in delivery within an Agile Delivery model
• Leading and coaching teams with 5 or more people is a prerequisite

Preferred skills/experience

• Operational experience in medical device field is a plus
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA) but would be open to other tools
• Keeps the organization's vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.
• Global thinking is key for the future vision of the program and sustainability.
• Demonstrates effective change leadership.
• Builds strategic partnerships to gain further alignment of program goals and outcomes.
