Job Description:
Role: Manager- Business Development
Location: New Delhi
Position Objective: Responsibilities include product and project sales across India.
Responsibilities:
- Building business for the current product basket and exploring new markets for expansion and diversification.
- Establishing and nurturing productive relationship with our stake holders, especially medical fraternity, administrators, and collaborative partners.
- Developing the sales team in educating the doctors about the technical aspects of a product and achievement of targets.
- Conducting research regarding the latest technologies and products in the market which may be added to the KTPL’s basket of offerings.
- Preparing feasibility report for such products based on primary and secondary research.
- Responsible for providing technical training about our products to the customers and service team.
- Act as the communicating point for representatives of the Principal Company during the process of initiation of talks, signing of agreement and ensure targets and performance thereafter.
- Interact with countries specific trade commissions for regular update on new companies willing to explore India healthcare market.
- To have tie up with targeted customers related companies for clinical engineering services.
- Participating in conferences, symposiums, CMEs etc. in India and abroad.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Medical/Engineering background preferred, MBA Preferred.
- Minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in Business Development in the Healthcare.
- Have an excellent track record and demonstrated success defining and launching products.
- Ability to travel in the interiors of India extensively.
- High level of customer focus, teamwork, and good communication skills with pleasing personality.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with ability to create and manage own schedule.
- Must possess a sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive projects into a dynamic and challenging environment.
