Job Description:
Title: Manager-Financial Planning and Analysis
Reports to: Head- Credit and Compliance
Location: New Delhi (Head office)
Qualification: CMA/B.com/MBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of the company benchmarking data
- P&L reporting and analysis and planning.
- Prepare and perform journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support the execution of all major financial reporting deliverables, including the Periodic Results Reviews, the Monthly Reviews, Board of Director Annual Operating Plan.
- Participate in the financial modelling and due diligence efforts related to the company's ongoing business development
- Monitoring and interpreting stock and cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Support Senior Manager in the costing process, which can include preparing self-publishing, asset amortization, participations calculations, during the monthly/quarterly/annual/LRP planning processes and provide variance analysis for cash forecasting.
- Performing high level financial analysis on a variety of projects
- Draft Board presentations on financial, strategic, and/or transactional matters
- Capital planning and budgeting using tools such as SAP.
- Accountable reporting.
