About the Role:

My Client is looking for candidate for a senior leadership role in Data Engineering space for their Strategic Team.

Role : 

• The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills in full stack development, manage, nurture, and lead an engineering team.
• Candidate should be adept at applying her/ his experience with a focus on problem solving and building an E2E system.
• Candidate should be highly collaborative and have a strong drive for high quality.
• Closely work with your team on the delivery, roadmap execution while continuously looking to evolve the product
• Partner with Service Engineering and Product Management team for Quality of Service, Formulating vision for the product

An Ideal candidate should have:

- Candidate with 15 to 22 years of experience with hands -on in people management and Technical aspects.

- Hands on experience with Azure Technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, Visualizations, PowerBI, Data Modelling, Analytics, SQL Server, Azure Infrastructure and Azure DevOps.

- Experience in creation of Technical Roadmaps for projects and building E2E Systems.

- Experience in handling the stakeholders across different geographies.

- Expertise in Leading, Coaching and Mentoring the product engineering teams.

- Strong Interpersonal, Verbal, Communication and Written Skills.

- Deep dive knowledge on Web Development and API Development.
