Job Title: Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

Department: Medical Devices

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring correct inventory accounting and costing in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime.
• Accuracy in capturing manufacturing cost, monthly cost calculation and stock valuations.
• Monthly GST computation and deposit of taxes, reconciliations of GST return with the Tax GLs, filling of returns, compliance of all indirect taxes.
• Direct tax management, Excellent knowledge of TDS, Income tax and practical exposure in filing monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
• Prior experience of dealing with GST & Income tax authorities in assessments.
• Financial Planning, Annual Budgeting and Business plan, monitoring Actual vs Budget performance, KPIs and cost control, Analysis of variations and management reporting.
• Monthly Financial reporting for Group consolidation and monthly Statutory BS finalisation.
• Managing Group & Statutory Audit related documentation, Tax Audit details and reconciliations.

Requisite Skills

• The Candidate should be B.com / Semi qualified CA or CS with minimum 3 years of Financial Planning, Analysis and Financial Reporting Experience.
• Experience in understanding & implementing Taxation Laws.
• Knowledge and Hands on experience of Tally is a MUST.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs, Excellent data entry skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently or as a team member, ability to work with a diverse group of people

About Client : Client’s Organization more than 9 decade old and it is a French MNC which develops, manufactures and sells Medical Devices for the surgeon worldwide. They are specialized single use medical instruments, sutures, instruments for laproscopic surgery etc.
