Experiene : 18 to 20 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead litigation management independently of large volume.

Deal with teams, including external lawyers.

Handle diverse cases nationwide.

Travel across the country for legal matters.

Negotiate agreements and draft pleadings.

Ensure compliance and conduct legal audits.

Conduct legal research and provide timely advice.

Work with the stake holders and business unit head.

Deal with Dealers, Vendors & Distributors.

Requirements:

LLB with experience ranging from 18 to 20 years dealing with volumes.

Proven litigation and team management experience.

In-depth knowledge of IPR, Data Protection, and Competition Law.

Exposure in working with dealers, distributors on litigations.

Must have worked in MNC & Corporate companies.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in Corporate Criminal and Civil law with domain expertise in Automobile, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Durables industry preferred.
