Your Role
Position: Manager M&A (Junior or Senior)
Location: Lyon, France
We're seeking individuals passionate about M&A projects, possessing a commercial background, and a deep interest in financial matters.
As a Manager M&A in our Global Office, you will gradually be introduced to the world of M&A activities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
M&A Expertise:
Coordinating and leading M&A transactions (Buy-Side and Sell-Side), involvement in joint venture projects from deal origination to post-merger integration.
Financial Analysis:
Conducting company valuations based on financial models, preparing decision proposals for executives, and supporting business units in plan creation and review.
Transaction Leadership:
Independently negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements as well as other transaction documents.
Strategic Planning:
Coordinating due diligence examinations, assisting in developing optimized transaction structures and contract drafting.
Your Profile
Experience:
Initial exposure to M&A projects, strong financial analysis skills, business plan development, experience in project management, and negotiation competence.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, willingness to take on responsibility, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and fluent English language skills.
