My client is a prominent global technology information services organization that specializes in delivering impactful solutions to businesses worldwide. They are currently seeking a candidate to support their legal team, specifically to provide comprehensive support in compliance and legal affairs, with a primary focus on sanction-related advisory. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Seeking an individual with a graduate or postgraduate degree in finance, law, business management, or related fields.

• Candidate should have 12-15 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically dedicated to working extensively with sanctions.

• Experience in a hands-on role within financial institutions (BFSI/NBFC sectors) or financial services organizations, Supply chain, FMCG,Trading & commodity sector and guiding the legal team on Sanction advisory, Financial crime compliance, AML aspects etc.

• Desiring a highly knowledgeable professional in the area of sanctions laws and regulations, capable of providing guidance and working closely with Business Units to establish robust sanctions processes and procedures. The goal is to effectively identify and mitigate risks.

• Should have experince in working with clients across the globe, Stake holder management etc.
