About the role: 

• Seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Sr. Manager to drive growth by finding new leads and securing deals in cutting-edge IT and digital transformation services.  
• As a rainmaker, you'll open doors and play a crucial role in answering client inquiries about the company's offerings.  
• Your expertise in selling technology services will be instrumental in building valuable CXO-level relationships and contributing to strategic goals.  
• Beyond business hunting, you'll be responsible for building and integrating the sales organization in collaboration with the leadership team.  
• With a decade of industry experience, you will be pivotal in propelling the company to the next level of growth. 

Key Requirements: 

• A self-starter, with a proven track record with 10 - 15 years of successful sales and business development experience. 
• Demonstrated expertise in "hunting" for new clients and securing new business opportunities. 
• A strong background in selling technology and IT services across all verticals 
• Sound understanding of technology and software development methodologies. 
• Exceptional ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and CIO-1 level executives.
