Your tasks
You will be responsible for the local execution of marketing programs and will be the primary contact for gathering and coordinating business area specific marketing requirements and preparing these requirements into usable briefings for the business stream systems in Germany.
You have an understanding of the specific local characteristics, goals and the resulting internal customer needs in the relevant
line of business.
You support the Global Business Officer M&C of the Systems Division in the preparation of the local marketing plan, including the marketing budget for local aggregation.
They manage the local marketing budget approved by the respective BO M&C.
You advise internal customers on the planning, implementation and commissioning of marketing campaigns and marketing activities.
You are responsible for the localization and implementation of M&C campaigns with data-driven results.
They convert line of business requirements into directly usable briefings for the execution of the marketing functions.
Your tasks also include the transparent communication of the status of marketing campaigns and marketing activities to stakeholders and/or local customers involved.
They use global marketing guidelines and marketing tools to achieve the desired work result with maximum efficiency.
The solution-oriented exchange with interface functions in Business Stream, Corporate Marketing, the Center of Excellence and international colleagues (including taking into account different backgrounds, languages and time zones) is also part of your area of responsibility.

Bachelor's and Master's degrees, preferably in Marketing
min. 5 years of B2B marketing with hands-on experience in the above areas
