About the role:
The Marketing Data Analyst will drive data insights in support of our direct-to-consumer Lifecycle Marketing group. The selected candidate is responsible for providing analysis and insight into all Marketing business unit activities including sales, development, marketing, operational, and financial perspectives as well as customer journey stages including Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, and Retention.
What you’ll do:
• Generating and maintaining reports on Clients sales and marketing execution
•Providing data-driven insights to hone Clients marketing strategies/activities including campaign planning, customer segment selection, customer lifetime value analysis, and any other information as required by business functions and leaders. This includes inputs to annual planning process as well as individual campaigns.
•Measuring and tracking channel-specific performance (e.g., direct mail campaigns, email campaigns) to support the decision-making process for marketing initiatives
•Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics and alert business leaders to issues and trends
• Keeping informed of market conditions and marketing trends
