Our Client is an independent utility consultancy in the UK. It procures and manages the energy, water, waste and telecoms requirements for some of the biggest UK brands tendering in excess of £900m worth of utilities each year.
We are looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic team.
This is a "working from home" role, based in Romania, with communication to the UK by Zoom, phone & email.
About you
You are an ambitious Marketing Assistant with a creative mind and a love of design, looking for a new challenge in what is arguable, one of the fastest-growing corporate sectors. You have epic attention to detail and are not shy dealing with multiple different stakeholders including more senior members of staff with an enthusiastic can-do attitude to getting the job done (no job is too big or small).
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in B2B Marketing and report directly to the Head of Marketing. You will be an instrumental part in running the day-to-day marketing activities and you will be tasked with graphic design, email marketing and social media marketing along with any ad hoc requests as and when required.
Key duties include
- Working closely with the senior Marketing and Sales teams to help create and deliver written, digital, and social media marketing content and campaigns.
- Support the development of new marketing materials such as graphics, brochures, presentations, and business cards etc.
- Graphic design will be a key element of your work, so you will need to be able to exhibit a creative talent for delivering strong imagery for our website and marketing.
- Create and report on email campaigns through our email marketing platform, Force24
- Develop and implement a social media calendar, creating messages, posting regularly, and creating accompanying images using Canva.
- Manage the updates of our website using Squarespace.
- Assisting with the reporting on lead generation campaigns as well as other administrative requests when required to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department.
To be successful you will have:
- Experience in desktop publishing
- Solid experience in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Some knowledge and experience using CRMs and email marketing
- Some experience using the graphic design tool, Canva
- Some experience with copywriting
- Solid social media knowledge in particular LinkedIn and Twitter
1+ years experience in a similar role
