Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conception, implementation and further development of customer lifecycle management, considering all customer touch points
- Provides leadership to the national marketing team, supporting the sales organization in achieving its short, medium and long-term goals
- Collect / systematize and review information about market positions of the competitors, including portfolio, prices, sales channels and sales volumes per channel
- Sets the regional goals, defines and implements the marketing strategy, connected to the general strategy of the area, in coordination with MD and area marketing
- Plans and manages multiple tasks including securing appropriate resources. Creates and monitors personal performance plans for team members
- Collaborates with the area marketing and agree the rollout of central campaigns to the region
- Close relation to customer service and aftersales in the HQ and to sales people needed.
Requirements:
- Marketing professional with long-term experience in commercial B2B marketing
- and in field marketing
- Provides leadership to the national marketing team, supporting the sales organization in achieving its short, medium and long-term goals by ongoing monitoring of KPIs
- Sets the regional goals, defines and implements the marketing strategy and promotions, connected to the general strategy of the area, in coordination with MD and area marketing
- Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales; actual telemarketing experience highly desirable
- Proven marketing automation and customer lifecycle management experience and understanding of CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Relevant local and international experience and understanding of relevant cultures and Marketing channels
- Strong, tested experience working within a European organization
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment
