Role Overview:
As the Marketing Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving the product marketing strategy for the brand's Skincare and Makeup lines. Leading a dynamic team, you'll oversee Category Management, operational planning, and trade marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, you'll be instrumental in establishing the brand's presence and reputation in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Management:
- Develop effective marketing plans highlighting the brand's natural and organic ingredients.
- Lead the launch planning process to effectively communicate product benefits to consumers.
- Spearhead the development of Spa strategies, emphasizing the benefits of natural ingredients in wellness treatments.
Trade Marketing:
- Execute targeted marketing initiatives to drive sales, emphasizing the value of the brand's natural beauty products.
- Plan and execute promotional programs and events, leveraging natural ingredients to create engaging experiences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Budgeting/Forecasting/Process Improvement:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI in promoting natural and organic offerings.
- Monitor key performance indicators to optimize marketing strategies and drive growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:

- 8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on natural and organic products, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams and driving results.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset capable of developing effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conveying the benefits of natural products.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to promoting natural and organic ingredients.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to travel as needed.
Additional Information:

- Client & Retail Experience: Develop engaging client experiences highlighting the benefits of natural products.
- Supervision Received: Directly report to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications.
- Supervision Exercised: Lead a team comprising the Marketing Manager (Skincare) and Assistant Marketing Manager (Makeup & Retail).
