Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Brand positioning of own brands, strategy development to increase the market share
- Marketing strategy development and implementation for all sales channels: DRTV, TVmarketing, E-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale
- Marketing plan and annual budget coordination in-line with HQ guidelines
- Lead and execute consumer communications strategy for all key initiatives according to Global brands narrative and product stories with local relevance by effective use of media, public relations, digital, corporate and social events
- Manage Agencies to ensure that marketing plans are executed timeously and in line with agreed budgets (SMM, Influence, Context, SEO)
- Coordination of the production & post-production department (creation of advertising for DRTV and advertising in the Internet)
- Development and coordination of POS materials for banners, e-mails
- Manage, mentor, develop, motivate and retain the Marketing Team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- +8 years experience in Reatil / E-com Marketing leading role
- +5 years Managerial experience, strong People Management and leadership Skills
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Strong acumen in digital and with holicopter view
- Costumer focus and hands on approach
