Responsibilities1. Responsible to promote Brand health parameters of all brands of KRPL and increase market share.
2. Complete responsibility for conceiving, planning and ensuring the execution of all brand marketing & trade marketing initiatives for all brands of the consumer business in line with Sales / Business objectives.
3. Monitoring and reviewing the performance of various brands against the planned objectives periodically.
4. Total accountability for brand P&L for all KRPL consumer brands. Driving efficient marketing strategies by interacting closely with cross-functional teams.
5. Overseeing the marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
6. Generating Consumer Insights & Trade Insights through well executed Brand Marketing activities that include Media Planning, Market Research Qualitative/Quantitative – Ongoing / periodic / adhoc, Analytics etc.
7. Transforming Sharp Consumer Insights into Winning Business / Product/ communication Ideas for KRPL.
8. Facilitating new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to strengthen market penetration and client acquisition.
9. Guiding the team to build and manage best-in-class demand generation programs using the right mix of inbound, broad-based, account-based, and paid media strategies to optimize lead-to-opportunity-to-deal funnel and drive pipeline for the business.
10. Setting the guidelines and direction for the Digital / social media and social / e- Commerce marketing efforts and closely measuring effectiveness.
11. Serving as the Corporate Communications spokesperson on need and handle Media/Analyst relations, Press Releases, News Coverage and Branding initiatives.
12. Planning and coordinating public affairs, and communication efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
13. New Product Development – Conceptualizing / scoping and commercializing New products and categories through systematic process and Launching the new products and evaluating the impact.
14. Representing the company at various community and/or business meetings / Policy advocacy / Regulatory / influencers’ Forums to promote the company’s Interest.
15. Promoting positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors and other external Key stakeholders / Opinion Leaders.
16. Developing the Marketing team and Leadership pipeline through Field work, coaching, mentoring and training. Grooming and supporting the team to deliver ST LT goals.
