There is a huge Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) opportunity within the market.

 

Our client has a significant marketing budget.

 

The role will report to the Head of Marketing in the UK.

 

The department:

 

• Head of Marketing - based in UK
• A marketing assistant and graphic designer based in Romania
• A marketing consultant and Google Advertising and PR specialist - based in UK

 

So this role will expand the department to 4 people.

 

The Role

 

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience with:

 

Channels

 

1. Email marketing nurture campaigns including
   1. Agreeing campaigns
   2. Arranging to Copywrite
   3. Arranging graphics
2. Targeted campaigns using in-house customer data
3. Paid LinkedIn
4. Events
5. Partnerships
6. Awards

 

Campaigns

 

1. Sales & marketing joint ventures (providing background adverting, PR, collateral & calling lists for the sales team).
2. Direct campaigns on topics such as sustainability, flexible purchasing, renewables, carbon accounting, energy transition etc.

 

Content

 

3. Case studies/testimonials / Quotes
4. Develop video & Infographics content
5. Website maintenance
6. Develop sales collateral for the business

 

Reporting

 

7. Post-campaign metrics and learning
8. Help manage the marketing budget and ensure we get the best ‘return on investment’ (ROI).

 

 

This is a role based in Romania and is a working-from-home role.

 

All IT equipment and other resources will be provided.
