Skills required:
- Responsible for all the product trainings
- Conduction of customer training programs on existing and new products/technologies.
- Conducting and participating in various CMEs, symposia, and scientific meets.
- PR Activities and Marketing Communication
- Strong network with doctors and hospitals pan India for customer marketing and KOL managements
- Product positioning & Branding, Direct Marketing, Market Research, Advertising / ATL & BTL activities for renowned brands.
- Advertising agency management, media planning and vendor development skills.
- Induction/Clinical training for new joinees
- Audits, Data Generation and preparation of white papers or scientific studies.
- Support to sales personnel through Customer visits, problem resolution, trouble shooting.
- Continuous customer responsiveness to all clinical complaints, issues, and queries.
- Circulation of mailers, scientific promotional material, new updates to sales team and customers – monthly/ Quarterly.
- Preparation of local SOP/ best practices guidelines for all the products
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Manager position which encompasses the Marketing and Brand Communication experience, specializing in Aesthetic Marketing, Research, Marketing Communication and Public Relations related to Medical Business.
- This will play an important role in driving business development by driving the team for demonstrations, CMEs, RTDs, workshops and other brand promotion and PR activities.
- He / She will be the major link between company and the customers to understand the Marketing needs and priorities of both.
- Ensuring internal & external customer competencies by conducting formal training programs. Introduction & launch of new products and new technologies, continuous knowledge up-gradation programs for both internal and external customers and business partners form the major specifics of this position.
