Hiring: Marketing Manager – Endo Surgery (Medical Devices)

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing and clinical education initiatives for a growing endo surgery medical device portfolio. This role is ideal for a professional with strong domain expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in driving market expansion and clinical adoption.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping product strategy, driving go-to-market initiatives, supporting sales teams, and leading clinical education programs to ensure strong customer engagement and adoption across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Growth

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the endo surgery product portfolio

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to strengthen product positioning

Drive product launches, regional campaigns, and promotional initiatives

Monitor marketing performance and provide data-driven recommendations
Sales & Market Enablement

Partner closely with sales teams to support lead generation and field activities

Create high-quality marketing assets (brochures, presentations, digital content, clinical value propositions)

Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and scientific forums
Clinical Education & Training

Lead clinical education initiatives for internal teams and healthcare professionals

Deliver advanced product demonstrations and clinical training sessions

Develop structured training modules, assessments, and certification pathways

Provide expert technical support during customer visits and field interactions
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field

8–10 years of experience in endo surgery, medical devices, healthcare marketing, or clinical training
-
Strong understanding of endo surgery procedures, workflows, and device applications
-
Proven experience in product marketing, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and organizational capabilities

Willingness to travel for field support, training, and marketing events
