Job Description
For this ambitious project, we are looking for a marketing manager:
- Motivated and able to ignite others with his ideas
- competent in communication strategy development and implementation, lead generation campaigns, expertise in digital and social channels
- organized and structured, able to organize the work of a diverse team
- At the same time, creative - a generator of interesting and effective ideas
- A jack-of-all-trades, because at first you will have to do a lot on your own, building the work and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Building the company's marketing efforts virtually from scratch
- Creation of the marketing plan and subsequent management of its implementation
- Developing strategies and tactics for marketing, PR and even internal communications
- Generating content: high quality, up-to-date, focused on business objectives and business value
- Preparation of marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and their implementation
- Working with the press
- Monitoring the information field (press, social media): regular digests preparation, trends tracking
- Creation, distribution at all levels of the company and keeping brandbook up to date
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field - preferable
- English - fluent (written and verbal)
- Successful experience in lead generation campaigns
- Expertise in Digital and Social channels
- Experience of communication strategy building and its successful implementation
