• Organization of local industrial events, fairs (work closely with developer, organizer of the event/fairs, cooperate closely with MarCom of HQ);
• Preparing, purchasing and communicating with subcontractors of all marketing tools and materials: advertisement, web banners, editorials, brochures, booklets etc.;
• Handling role of official representative related to marketing and communication with all kind of mass media (social media, magazines, TV and all kind of online presence);
• Participation in MarCom meetings on monthly basis, close cooperation with HQ marketing representative, prepare updates for HQ;
• Preparation of all necessary marketing analyses,
• Market industry analysis and surveys;
• Develop conceptual and strategic documents in the field of marketing;
• Creation of marketing strategy in close cooperation with sales and HQ marketing representative;
• Web-page support, in close cooperation with HQ online experts;
• Organize and control all corporate events, including but not limited to, summer teambuilding event and New year’s celebration;
• Participation in socially significant projects to increase company recognition on the territory of Russia;

• Relevant University degree;
• Relevant experience at least 4-5 years at a similar position;
• Marketing & communication related knowledge in organizing events, analysing information, industrial reviews/surveys, working with contractors, budgeting and interacting with media representatives;
• Knowledge of social media channels, magazines and websites, relevant to our business;
• Experienced in independently creating sales related material to support sales management;
• Good verbal and written skills in English language;
