Responsibilities:

• Event support (analytics, work with speakers in terms of organizational issues, visa support, support processes of interaction with agencies, organization of printed and souvenir products);
• SMM (creating posts, translating global/writing local posts, checking translations of website pages, other materials);
• Writing texts for the internal corporate newsletter;
• System administration (ERP in terms of making payments, Aprimo - minimally - making / correcting financial payments, filling files to run automated marketing campaigns);
• Document flow (invoicing: opening-closing PO, signing contracts, executing closing documents - acts/invoices - transfer to accounting department).

Requirements:

• Linguistic/Marketing education;
• Attentiveness;
• Independence;
• Willingness to multi-task;
• Good command of English (Fluent);
• Good language skills; Good speaking skills;
• Willingness to learn new processes, systems, to develop in marketing and industry.
