Job: Marketing Specialist (Social Media, Advertising & Design)

Location: Amman - Jordan (Regular Travel to UAE)

Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media channels: content creation, posting, and engagement.

• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and promotional assets.

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and report monthly results.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding.

• Support photography, videography, and creative direction for content.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and advertising platforms.

• Creativity with strong attention to detail.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
