Job Summary

Lead machine learning projects, mentor engineers, and develop data-driven solutions to enhance In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC) systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and personalization in passenger experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Design and implement scalable ML systems to optimize content delivery and connectivity.

• ML Model Development: Build and deploy predictive models and ML frameworks using TensorFlow, PyTorch.

• Infrastructure & Deployment: Design cloud-based ML pipelines and drive architectural decisions.

• Research & Innovation: Explore emerging ML technologies, publish technical papers, and propose improvements.

• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with data scientists, engineers, and product managers while mentoring junior engineers.

• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine ML models for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering & ML (preferably aerospace or tech industry).

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and technical documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
  This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with occasional travel.
