Designation: National Sales and Marketing Manager /Senior Business Development
Manager: PAN India
Work Location: New Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Chennai
Reporting To: CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Product Segment: Oncology Equipment
POSITION OBJECTIVE: To set up and grow Oncology /Cancer therapy Equipment Sales - PAN India in the range of 40 to 50 Crores business yearly with 20% YOY growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting up of high growth business and strategic plan for Oncology SBU
- Identifying the market needs and bring latest technology into Oncology and allied segments
- Create regular Sales Funnel from Private as well as Government customers.
- Develop branding and key customers in the segment
- Follow up and close the deals as per the monthly target and the cost matrix.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Ideally 15 years sales, Marketing and business development experience in Oncology products/ Projects or Capital Medical Equipment above 1 Crore.
- Exposure of handling PAN India or at least 2 major divisions like North/South or West.
- B.Sc.+ M.Sc. (Physics) or B.E or M.E. or Science Background. MBA would be an added advantage.
- Team handling skills - Proven work experience as a manager or similar sales role to lead and motivate the team.
- Ability to travel across India whenever required.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
