Job Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Faridabad (Head Office)
Area Coverage: PAN India
Reporting To: General Sales Manager
Product Segment: Patient Care Division
Job Profile:
· Total responsibility and accountability of sales in assigned territory.
· Mapping of assigned geography & market.
· Funnel creation and enrichment.
· Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer segments.
· Identify, develop & manage different channels of business in the area.
· Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
· Acts as a senior sales person in capital sales/Bulk sales/Big sales. Maintains excellent market knowledge of major prospects and competitor activities; Reports this information to the sales team.
Candidate Profile:
· Hand-on experience in team handling is a must have.
· 8-12 years relevant industry experience.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
· Strong business acumen, with the ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.
· Should be good at building relationships with internal and external customers.
