Job Description
Requirements:
- Higher pharmaceutical or medical education
- At least 2 years of management experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing all administrative districts of the Russian Federation
- Experience of interaction with pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical distributors
- Excellent presentation, communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- English proficiency is an advantage
- Analytical and constructive thinking
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Regional Managers in the area of responsibility: planning, setting tasks, monitoring and analyzing the work of employees
- Budgeting
- Organization of recruitment and training of employees, coaching, participation in the development, organization and conduct of training programs and trainings
- Development of motivational schemes for sales team employees of different levels
- Interaction with opinion leaders, key clients and partners
- Coordination of plans to promote the company's products together with the Marketing Department
- Analysis and planning of the development of new territories (potential assessment, development plan, development of contacts)
- Organization of specialized events for clients and partners
