Job Description
Job Title: National Technical Product Support Manager
Department/Division: Technical Service
Location: Mumbai
Product: Digital Radiography & X-Ray
Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to General Manager Service
- Related to assigned Product or Product group review the existing repairing service strategies and establish new strategies to achieve business objectives
- Support and coordinate the new products to be launched
- Approve the training schedule for Field Service Team to maintain their skill level related to the specific product/product group
- Conduct product training for new models
- Maintain the training record
- Provide support to field service to solve the breakdowns at site
- Respond to customer query and request via phone and email - Solve customer complaints within a reasonable timeframe and follow predefined escalation procedure if required
- Communicate with KMI Technical Support group for all Technical Support/Training functions related to the product/product group
- Monitor SIMS complaints related to product/product group
- Evaluate new product operation and function, then give feedback.
- Handle ad-hoc projects.
Qualification
Proficiency- MS excel and Leadership quality, Team Management etc
Qualification Degree / Diploma in Engineering
