About the role:

We are looking for a Network TAC support engineer, having 3-8 years of experience, to provide network TAC support to global customers, with a strong hands on experience and understanding on Networking Concepts, Protocols, Troubleshooting & operation of Cisco Devices (Routers & Switches). A strong understanding on CCNA handbook concepts or a certification in CCNA is most desirable. 

Location: Chennai / Other locations (Possibility for remote working option)

Requirements:

• Interact with the core team in understanding different products
• Understand the different packet operation tools like ostinato, wireshark, tcpreplay in linux and traffic generators like ixia, xena for packet transmission and reception.
• Interact with customers and understand their topology and usability
• Understand the customer scenario and help in narrowing down topology and configuration issues
• Identify new possible features to enhance the product usability based on the customer experience
• Feature and Traffic testing
• Will be working in rotational shifts. Eg. alternate month (or) alternate bi-monthly
