We are looking for a Night Manager to ensure a flawless guest experience during nighttime hours.

You will be the main point of contact for both guests and staff, managing operations, security, and last-minute requests with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

· Supervising nighttime operations

· Welcoming guests and handling their needs

· Managing unforeseen issues and ensuring security

· Coordinating with departments to prepare for the next day

Key Requirements:

· Experience in hotel reception, preferably in the luxury segment

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Flexibility and quick problem-solving abilities

· Fluent in Italian, good English, and preferably another foreign language

· Proficiency with hotel management systems; knowledge of Opera is highly valued
